| Sealing air nose for spindle system 160W Perfect protection against intrusion of vapours, dirt, dust and liquids into the HF-spindle’s inside. Milling materials such as polystyrene creates aggressive vapours affecting the spindle’s interior. Working with glass and carbon fibre reinforced plastic produces dust being harmful to the bearings. Using coolant or lubricant implies danger for the bearings being washed out. Using sealing air is an effective and economic means of protecting the spindle and increasing its durability.
