MetalLine - Precision makes the difference

After a long period of development we have now been able to extend our UNIMAT system by some full-metal components.
The new slides, counter shafts and tail stocks are much more robust and accuracy is improved.

Like the PowerLine also the MetalLine is fully compatible to all parts of the UNIMAT1 System.

As starter kit we offer the Unimat ML kit 160200 which allows for the machine variants mill (vertical and horizontal), lathe with raised tool holder and drill (also for pearl drilling). For owners of a Unimat1 kit many upgrades to MetalLine are available.

Model makers as well as craftsmen

Longitudinal Slide 200mm:
With extremely easy-glide metal carriage guide, adjustable vernier, (scaling 0,05mm), guide precisely adjustable through 3 screws, also available in 0,5m and 1m, travel 150mm

Cross Slide:
Metal handwheel with adjustable vernier, scaling 0,05mm, metal sledge parts are precisely mechanically reworked, guide precisely adjustable through 4 screws travel 36mm

Precision Live Center:
Grinded center in two special ball bearings enables higher accuracy and better stability. For higher stressability and precise metal working!

Tailstock - Full Metal:
Centric to countershaft, adjustable vernier, handwheel isn't longitudinally movable. Same as countershaft - metal covers are guided full metal in the mechanically reworked profile. So absolutely accurate center and pearl drilling can be guaranteed; thick-walled profile, tailstock quill travel 28mm

Countershaft – Full Metal:
Same as tailstock - metal covers are guided full metal in the mechanically reworked profile. So absolutely accurate center and pearl drilling can be guaranteed. Increased precision and load bearing capacity, thick-walled profile, no deformation

With the new components of the MetalLine and the driving unit of the PowerLine, UNIMAT is now CNC-ready. (see gallery picture 5)

CNC Longitudinal and Cross Slide:
Incl. stepper motor, which is mounted on a special metal bracket. The longitudinal slide spindle is carried in ball bearings on both sides. Also individual lengths are available.
