The machines in detail:

Basic Series

Due to the reasonable price the Basic series especially attracts model makers and CNC-newcomers. It covers smaller to mid sized working areas an can be employed universally and flexibly. The machines of the Basic system are driven by stepper motors whose power is transfered to the axis via ball bearing mounted trapezoid threads. The drive system is largely covered and therefore well protected against dirt.

Precise Series

The Precice Series convinces with a solid construction and stronger motors. In addition the Y/Z-drive is protected from contamination by covered guideways. This ensures high precision and reliability in taily use.Tool- and reference switches are standard equipment of the Precise series. The cabling for the high speed spindle 160, for 230V/110V router motors and for triggering magnetic valves is protected by a cable drag chain. The Precise Series therefore provides ideal machines for industrial uses like processing synthetics, non-ferrous metals and wood.

Superior Series

Significant for the Superior Series are an extremely stiff construction with supported guideways and the backlash-free recirculating-ball spindles. The combination of this mechanic with high class hybrid motors and the highly resolving microstep-controll of the Xpert CNC controller box allow for extreme running smoothness - even at highest load with nearly all kinds of materials.

Whether 2½ or 3D - clean results, first class quality of edges combined with high operational speed and low maintenance requirements predestinate these milling devices for employment in the industrial area, resp. everywhere where high precision and fast processing at low running costs are required.

Modern design - constructive optimization - maximum protection against dirt

Mechanism Mechanism
Due to the special construction with milled aluminum junctions and extruded profiles no base plate is required. The work area can be open underneath. The combination of slide bearings and tempered and reinforced steel shafts offers optimum damping and protection against injuries and dirt.

HIGH FREQUENZY Milling Spindle System 160W Milling motors
Depending on the application, various spindles up to a weight of approx. 2kg can be used e.g. standard routers with 43mm clamp (Metabo, Bosch, Kress etc. up to approx. 1000W), var. mini-routers such as Proxxon, Dremel etc., pneumatic or high-frequency spindles, and many others.

Combined emergency-off/relay box Combined emergency-off relay box
The box is simply inserted between the existing control electronics and the milling mechanism, thus creating numerous new possibilities. The machine including the motor can be brought to standstill extremly fast. This avoids wear and tear and prevents the router from breaking. The EC symbol guarantees high quality. Additional 220V devices can be driven without a problem. The PC directly regulates suction, the application of cooling fluids, the on/off function of a milling motor etc.

Precise760 with Protective cell Protective cell
Ensures 100% safety and cleanliness in the work area. With the aid of an integrated door switch controlled by the emergency-off relay box, the machine switches off automatically as soon as the cell is opened.
